Molly is the Broker and Owner of Friedrich Realty. She has practiced real estate since 2000 in Central Texas specializing in Williamson County, Round Rock, Austin, and surrounding areas. Molly knows real estate is powerful for wealth creation and that every client has unique goals and dreams. She develops a custom marketing plan for each seller, house, and neighborhood to maximize net proceeds while minimizing marketing time. Her buyers benefit from her open dialog, consultative approach, vast experience, and excellent negotiation skills.

As one of the best in the business, Molly is dedicated to education and continues to grow through all market types. She earned her Architectural Engineering degree from the University of Texas and then focused on her Real Estate education and earned her Broker's License, which is the highest real estate license in Texas. Her business coaches and network of like-minded colleagues throughout the country help her identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies. Molly loves to serve the community, take excellent care of her clients before, during, and after the closing, and spend time with her family.
