What a ride!! Throughout this entire process, Molly has been truly remarkable. She is organized, communicates wonderfully, anticipates all scenarios, and is a joy to be around. Molly makes her client's happiness and satisfaction her top priority and this is obvious. She is prompt and works very hard. She was the shining star throughout this whole process for me. Special props to her as well for working with my dad throughout this process who was in Egypt. She was willing to have some late nights and early mornings for that time difference. Our home had a signed contract within 40 days of our listing and then closed in 20 days because Molly also worked with a transaction coordinator(TC Solutions) and a Title company(Austin Title) as a cohesive team. In the past, our quickest close was 28 days. To be honest, I didn’t think it was possible to close a home in 20 calendar days, but the team did it. The team was in constant communications and helped us get all of our items checked off during the contract to closing process. It was the quickest and easiest closing my wife and I ever had.
