They consistently provided us with necessary data through the entire process of prepping, listing, showing, selling and closing the home. They also provided new services, like virtual staging, that other realters did not provide to their clients.

Our home had a signed contract within 40 days of our listing and then closed in 20 days because Molly also worked with a transaction coordinator(TC Solutions) and a Title company(Austin Title) as a cohesive team. In the past, our quickest close was 28 days. To be honest, I didn’t think it was possible to close a home in 20 calendar days, but the team did it. The team was in constant communications and helped us get all of our items checked off during the contract to closing process. It was the quickest and easiest closing my wife and I ever had. We even got the sellers funds posted to our bank account the day we closed, amazing!!

Molly is the bomb! When we were ready to buy, she helped me to whittle it down to one day of looking, found us our gem, and got our offer secured right away.
